Staff Application Process
1. Staff Application
Fill out and submit an application using the method below. (We request that all staff be a minimum age of 19).
- Visit our staff page, select the appropriate position for your age, skills and and interests, follow the link to our online application.
2. Reference Forms
When you fill out our online application you will be asked to provide four references and will need to have a current email for each. Your references should be NON-FAMILY, reliable individuals who can speak to your strengths as an employee, student, volunteer, team-member, and/or child-care provider. The reference forms will automatically be emailed to your references upon submission of your application. Ask each references to look for this email and complete it promptly. We cannot set up an initial interview without having references on file.
3. Phone Interview #1
Interviewing is ongoing based on receipt of your complete application packet (your application form and a minimum of three references). This interview is with a senior staff member and will go over your qualifications, application questions and specific camp related scenarios. We will contact you to schedule a time that works for you.
4. Phone Interview #2
Secondary interview with another senior staff member. We will contact you and schedule a time that works for you.
If hired, you will be asked to fill out a number of paper and online forms. Directions regarding form completion can be found on the cover letter that will be in your staff packet.
