High Trails Facilities

At High Trails, the girls live in modern cabins. Each cabin has two sleeping dorms or cabinsides consisting of ten girls and two counselors. Cabinsides share a full bath and a living room with a rock fireplace.

Attractive, well-maintained grounds at the camps blend with aspen groves, native wildflowers and magnificent mountain views to create a unique natural setting.

Infirmaries in both camps are staffed by registered nurses who work closely with doctors in Colorado Springs.

Sanborn Camps are well-known for the good food served in the lodges. Fresh breads and delicious desserts are homemade in the camps’ bakery.

What an incredible set of memories Leah has from her 4 years at Sanborn. They will be with her for her entire life and will give her pleasure, comfort and wisdom to draw on. Thank you and everyone there for making camp such a solid gold experience.
