Breakfast Crepes in Camp Kitchen

It seems like everyone is creating something these days - from baking bread to trying a knitting project to journaling and writing, the world is flexing its creativity muscles and working on new skills.

We’re creating at camp, too, and we’re trying to use things that we have at home already to #BringCampHome.

Today in “Camp Kitchen,” learn how to make a classic camp meal that is often enjoyed on camp trips: breakfast crepes! These can be made with almost any sweet or savory toppings you like and/or have in your kitchen. We’re pretty sure they’ll be delicious with whatever you use.

Let us know if you make your own breakfast crepes - and how they turn out!

About Emily Burnham

Emily has worn a variety of hats here at Sanborn over the years. She began as a camper, then worked on staff for four summers while affectionately known as “Edna,” taught as an instructor at High Trails Outdoor Education Center, and now works as the Assistant Director for High Trails. Her favorite things about camp include eating liberal quantities of chippy dippy bars, singing a little bit too loudly at Vespers, and watching campers accomplish incredible feats. She recently graduated with a degree in sociology from Colorado College and now lives at camp, counting down the days until summer each year.
