Application Process

1) Staff Application

Once you have thoroughly read through our website and all of the employment information, fill out and submit our online application using the method below. Working at camp is a rewarding experience that requires a balance of fun and professionalism. Please take time to thoughtfully answer these questions in a way that conveys your desire to be a youth development professional. Visit our staff page, read the information, and select the appropriate position for your age, skills and and interests, follow the link to our online application.

2) Reference Forms

When you fill out our online application you will be asked to provide four references and will need to have a current email for each. Your references should not be family, friends, or peers, but rather reliable individuals who can speak to your strengths as an employee, student, volunteer, team-member, and/or child-care provider. The reference forms will automatically be emailed to your references upon submission of your application. Ask each reference to look for this email and complete it promptly. We cannot set up an initial interview without having at least three references on file.

3) Phone Interviews

The interview process is ongoing based on receipt of your complete application packet (your application form and a minimum of three references). The interviews will be with a year-round staff member and will go over your qualifications, application questions and specific camp related scenarios. Based on the initial interview, additional interviews will be scheduled. We will contact you to schedule a time that works for you.

4) Paperwork

If hired, you will be asked to fill out a number of paper and online forms. Directions regarding form completion can be found on the cover letter that will be in your staff packet.
